Dan , it ( a JV share sale ) would be dilutionary unless at a premium but not a bad thing ... a JV partner can bring other benefits .
To not be diluted ( re: oppies ) you must take your options up .
They simply don't require the funds and on reflection this is not an indication of future movements .
