IMO , some will sell cheap offscreen as they haven't worked it out or will have missed the announcement . Just a hint as I have seen a similar situation and plenty went cheap !
With the 1c paid up and a SP of say 22c ( which is a 30% rise from here ) the oa's are then worth roughly 3.5c . So 1.5c as DD says is good buying but anymore is over the top in this market .
Possibly better off waiting lower and getting more .
