Sorry I misread the announcement. Thought it had written that they were rewarding those that invested in the last capital raising. The only "reward" is that the Company intends to give priority to those that participated in the most recent placement when it comes to allocating and issuing shortfall. So not only have they recognised the stock is tanking, they then go and do another capital raise to raise 4.6M. Surely this money could come from other cutbacks in expenses.
