    Can I have people's thoughts on this please - I've been down to buy in when price dropped.

    Yesterday at 8.30am they announced a 1:1 issue at 8.5 cent's for shares hold IN FUTURE on October 13th. In response yesterday share price was up all day from 15cents up to 22cents, before dropping to 15.5 cents at close. !?!

    I'm now confused & uncertain of what would now represent a good buy in price,
