I would like to think the asx is not manipulated, but i would be living in a fantasy world.IMHO
Sprott and co didn't become rich buy helping other share holders, they became rich buy finding good prospects and gaining a large share holding in the company thru direct investment or on market purchases by reducing the price.
Look at how many times this share has be pushed down after close.
Money and power will win in the end.
Sprott and Co will end up with 40 to 50 percent of BGS less then 10 million invested and when the deal is finally done there 10 million will be worth multiples of there investment.
