This CR has been structured, not for the small shareholders, but for Sprott to mop up a much bigger slice with the shortfall that will almost certainly occur because the SP has already moved to the CR dilution price. The upside is that Sprott presumably want a good return on their 1.1 cent, so we will just have to wait it out a bit longer to get a lesser return than we orginally expected.
