You asked a very relevant question. Why is DB raising new capital when he does not justify the use of the fund? Obviously he is raising this to dilute fellow SHs so the he can control the company. He is certainly not acting in the interest of the company. Hope DB has the integrity to respond to you.
This calls for a class action suit against DB and the board. I will be willing to hear from other SHs their view. Time to stop all of DB selfish serving interest!
