There is no need to spin out the ruby business, just change the current board. Unfortunately for the other shareholders the South African Crew (SAC) are here to stay and they have created a series of poison pills which make it impossible to remove them.
On the positive front we can deduce that that the SAC really believe in the resource and want to hang onto it. They are not running MUS like your usual ASX mine-the-market junior operation.
