I sold out because I wasn't happy with how the company was handling things from the quarterly report. The reality is that this type of raise at big discount shows that the company couldn't get institutional investors at around 3c and this speaks volumes about the lack of confidence in the company. I may re-enter around 2c because that's where I expect it to go in the medium term and higher in the long term, but thats so unfortunate to everyone that got caught up at higher prices.

Shareholders need to realise the following - Why would buyers enter now with uncertainty with the unknown record date and knowing shareholders can just get shares at 2c, and sell it to the market when they receive them at a 25% profit? (according to current prices)
