Very good post Chaya. Although much desirable, however to much expectations involved in level of sensitivity required in certain circumstances.
On similar occasions my Dad use to have a small puzzle or question to ask:
Q: what is the difference between integrity, culture and sugar?
A: if someone doesn't have a sugar, can always go to a shop and buy some
