IMO the real slap in the face for shareholders is new investors can just dive in before 12th December at bargain basement prices, qualify for the issue, and roll the dice on whether ECT succeed.
Kudos to management for putting together a deal that - if successful - will keep the lights on for a few more months. However Ill be steering clear - IMO much better investment opportunities elsewhere than this High Risk endeavor.
