    Hi ich,

From the lists I provided, there are at least 2 natural sunscreens owned, manufactured and sold in Australia, see below links,

    https://www.bluelizard.net/pages/about-us

    https://www.littleurchin.com.au/products/natural-sunscreen

The others, Australians can buy online at Amazon and delivered to their homes directly in minimal time.

The world is very small these days, with online shopping growing at a staggering rate and becoming more the norm.

In terms of TGA, I don't believe it's a significant market advantage given they effectively only undertake a desktop assessment of SPF Testing Data - see extract below from Australian Govt. Website (https://www.tga.gov.au/community-qa/sunscreens-information-consumers)

Testing SPF, broad spectrum and water resistance claims

As these tests require specialised instruments, facilities, human volunteers and scientific/statistical expertise, the TGA does not undertake these tests. Instead they are run by other laboratories.

For example, SPF testing is highly specialised and requires human subjects, so it is often performed by independent accredited laboratories. However, as part of our post-market compliance program, we may also undertake random reviews of some sunscreens once they are on the market and will undertake a desktop assessment of the SPF testing data.
