Agree Zammita, it's being offered to shareholders which shows me they care about us. A lot of small caps would go straight to 708's and not even give smaller shareholders a chance to participate. 708's then dump a portion to free carry leaving us bent over. Great to see directors involvement as well.
Kula has a lot going for it and at such a low MCap there's huge upside potential. Kaolin easy to mine and near term focus is DFS which funds from this CR go to then gold potential could bring another project into the spotlight.
Lots to get excited about and patient holders to be rewarded IMO.
Another 50mil Shares to be issued dilutes a tad however total SOI still very low so if it takes off and holders are sitting tight it can easily double or more from here without blinking an eye
I will be taking up the offer for sure!
