Whilst was not expecting this CR so soon, its a interesting way to raise, with options and offered to holders, seems to be a vote of confidence given some directors are significant holders, so they will be putting the biggest amounts in this raise.

Peak asset is the new lead manager, good track record, not using CPS capital anymore, and can see CPS capital only hold 10 million shares now as we can see the updated top 20 in the prospectus.



With these holders will be putting in a good chunk of whats being raised:



These are all directors:

• Mr Edmond William Edwards
• Mr Peter John Newcomb
• Mr Hau Wan Wai)

And from memory goldway mega trade was a company of the directors too, anyone got this info?  I remember it being posted before in one of these threads. At the least we have 3 of the top 4 holders being directors and its a good vote of confidence that they are not diluting holders at lows with more shares, but rather issuing options at a lot higher price.
