Reading ANN Johnson @ Bad daddy are taking up deal
at 1 cent so Johnson has 100 million shares now Bad daddy 50 million shares so thats another 1.5 million$ and other 1.5 million $ underwritten if it shortfalls
This why i believe they have some info already
So maybe no ANN till after the CR date
