To be fair, as a shareholder I am glad this is at a marginal premium (although don’t personally see the need to raise capital). The reason investors may still nominate to go for this, is because it is near impossible to purchase a large number of units on the open market. And because it is at a premium, it won’t be as dilutive or destructive. It will be very interesting to see how much interest this gets, and if it is fully subscribed. IMO DYOR
