    NSX is pleased to advise that it has received the first $500,000. The funding will go towardworking capital of the Company. It is expected that the funds plus accrued interest will berepaid shortly after the closure of the Entitlement Offer

    Yep, so ISX are putting in funds that are going to be repaid with interest after the entitlement offer.....WTF talk about dedication from JK/NK. Retail SH would be daft to go for this.
