That is the end folks, clearly not able to raise capital from sophs or instos, no liquidity and trading below offer price.
They should be acquiring a project and raising off the back of that, clearly, they have been too busy running SYA and zero time looking for a project. Not sure this will make it to this year's AGM so holders won't get the opportunity to force change, it is really sad the ASX and ASIC have let this happen to retail holders once again.
Beware the pumpers that push this junk.
