You aren't going to get broad buy in from exiting holders when its trading below the offer price and most holders are down 90% as its is, considering the structure it is clear they couldn't get funds from anywhere else. Not having a project in their own right makes this a shell with no direction and as you note the lithium sector sentiment makes it hard to raise even if you have a resource and a plan, 1MC has neither.
Should have tried to vend in a gold project 18 months ago but didn't so looks like this lifestyle co will shuffle off into the abyss. Those paid to push this on social media will need to find a new client.
