I am sure he has put money into the companies in the past but he was probably referring to all his time and career.
And that was in 2010, he then continues to grind away, raising capital for all the companies for the next 14 years, to get it to a point where it is ready to go, only to be met with greenies and "politicians" who have their own misguided personal agenda. Most other people would have stopped this years ago.
