It's good to see a lot of information being shared on this re-capitilisation with details of how the capital will be deployed. I have unfortunately been caught out on timing of the closing date, but will participate to the level possible at this stage.

hopefully everybody is reading through key pieces of the prospectus and is aware of what is happening. Does anybody know if any contact will be made to ask shareholders if they want to participate in any shortfall after the closing date?

Good luck to all and here's hoping many people will participate. The re-capitalistion by no means makes this plain sailing.
