This was on the form sent to me after making my application
"If you apply for your full Entitlement, you may also apply for Additional New Shares at the same price of $0.022 per New Share."

I could not see how to apply for short fall share but from the above am I got the impression that you simply send the money for the amount of additional share. So I made one Bpay payment for my full entitlement then another Bpay payment for the additional shares.

LOL I could be wrong but worse case scenario is they refund the money
