Well, I'm certainly glad it's fully underwritten!
I don't think I've ever read the phrase "going concern" so many times in a short document not written by auditors. Perhaps it was written by their auditor. Anyway, if this issue hadn't been fully underwritten, I'd be hitting the panic button.
I wasn't opposed to branching out into related value add businesses, but it seems someone majorly dropped the ball on properly managing the core business.
