According to my reading, any eligible shareholder can apply for an additional $30K of shares under this raise. See Pg. 5 of the prospectus under the title "Can I buy additional shares at the same price?"
From my perspective the board have done stunningly well with this raise... rewarding long term investors, avoiding the big players/short sellers and aiming for an appropriate level of funding, minimal dilution, and company/share price relative stability!
Bring on saving many lives, no longer needing to delve into poo for bowel cancer testing and ethically investing in Aussie IP.
Congrats to Glenn (CEO) and Otto (Chair)... this financial year will be the maker of RHY (IMO).
