however - management/director fees are rediculous - should be reduced to absolute bare minimum (1 full time employee at $175K not 4 at $200K+??????, a director who has a geology or mining background, and yep, looks interesting.

otherwise, its a money grab for director fees and jobs

as a shareholder I'm dumbfounded as to how much management/director fees are being spent
