yeah, this Mortimer guy is very quickly moving himself into the J J Palermo league (treating public vechiles as their own private stash of cash). But what is distressing is Mortimer is Sydney based!!, ethics/corporate governance is vastly higher than WA, so for this behavoiur to pop up in Sydney is really saying something.
