are you suggesting that the company lied in the prospectus in regards to the CRDB debt facility? I'd be careful there if i was you.
Also, i couldn't find any documentation of the directors stating they will not re-open trading unless the full 33 mill is raised. This does seem like a very odd comment considering the min raise is 16.5 mill. if you could tell me where the directors stated this it would be greatly appreciated thanks.
