I agree, who on earth would buy at 18c when they can buy on the market for less, there doesn't seem to be a lack of shares available for around 16c?!
Why didn't they just make the placement with an insto at a higher price? No retail investors will be buying so its just more shares for AKJ and family.
This company is a joke!
