Problem is if you don't take it up, they will just offer them to others or other holders who want to purchase more - and all for 0.004. Bit of a rock and a hard place. Dilution of 33% for anyone not taking up the offer and also it doesn't mean those shares are not then going to be on the market. They will then be considered as "Shortfall" shares and will get offered to shareholders who wanted more than their 3:1 allotment or take them out to market, so regardless of whether we take our allotment or not, they are going to issue those 500M.

I note they've just issued another announcement stating who made the offer to buy out the holding of IDSB. Let's hope that actually comes off - $13M AUD in the coffers if used correctly could be the turning point for us, but this rights issue is going to hurt, especially after the 300M shares just issued under that 1.2M capital raise
