Then you have sellers, who can sell their shares, and replace them with same plus option. How many are pissed off at the destructive dilution ?
Its not like this was a 1 for 10, and a trickle of volume. You have 1-1 plus 1. This is a disastrous CR for existing holders. But for new buyers, would back the market history of this flood of shares, the overhang. All need to be flushed through. Natural support could even be just below 1c given option. But a reasonable probability that 1c is hit.
