It would appear that they are looking to sell (given the appointment of Kidder Williams). Major shareholders would have to be party to (if not behind) this current raising at 1 cent plus option. Many smaller SH's will not chose to participate, allowing those that choose to, to buy a lot of extra shares at a cheap price. Buying their full alocation result in any dillution, buying more, will of course result in a bigger return should the sale go ahead. Maybe this is the play?
