If anyone wanted to mop up shares, they could be buying at all time lows, they could of bought shares to get the entitlement at all time lows, but guess what, they arent buying up and they didnt, so not only are you going to have a flood of new shares issued at 1cent, but its unlikely to be fully taken up, which means the company will not have enough to keep them afloat without having to do another cap raise within a year.
