As far as we are aware, except for Finran representatives, the rest of the BOD holds no shares - happy to be corrected if that is not the case. So all the CRs so far they have never participated in one, even at 0.01 when the SP was above 0.03. Everyone has their reasons for investing or not, but it would certainly give a little bit of confidence to other shareholders if shareholders saw the others in the BOD buying some shares on these CRs. If current MC is only $6.2M and we think there is around $30M in combined assets of the company, you would think that would be a fairly safe bet.
