They have no choice to issue rights..since they have used up the 25% capacity for CR. Another way is issue debt notes but no longer have assest to mortgage...dont forget they still have an outsatanding loan 825k plus interest 18% to be settled in months to.come..which i dont think the SP will go.back to 0.02 after all this fiasco done by clee and peter. Now the company ..no value in share price...no more good assest... control by clee and peter... diluted from 500m to 2bil of shares.. massive litigation expenses to be settled.... monthly operating cost 500k per quarter... no extra revenue or real businesses... no future business plans ....and so on
