I don't agree with your implications about Clees relationship with Dunlop, nor Dykes. Dunlop is like ASIC poison, and I don't think Clee is silly.

I also don't think this money is being raised for the sake of share issuance, I think that is just a happy coincidence, the implications to shareholders has just not been thought through.

I don't think anyone on the current BOD really considers the history of many holders and just how much loss they have personally incurred. Because that's not really a normal consideration for a BOD.

It's not normal for companies to get out from under administration by PWC either, you understand what I'm saying? I get that many people are steaming mad but the flip side of that is that this is a super weird thing we're all embroiled in.
