This is a backflip from original CR conditions of just raising $1.2m, what’s changed?
I’m guessing this new tact is to try take the focus off Dykes and Clee and protect them from legal action, but also allows them to buy back in after selling out as planned. Also raise some extra and make retail feel like they get an opportunity at cheap shares.
These blokes are unreal, real people with families destroyed by their greed. Amazes me how some people sleep at night.
