No mate. It's because they can't legally keep issuing to their own inner circle. They have to offer something to market.
If they actually gave half a toss about shareholder value they'd do this cap raise at 1.5 cents. Or heck, 4 cents. 50 million new shares instead of 500 million would sure make me a heck of a lot happier.
They clearly see the value proposition, which is fantastic, but they should demonstrate to long suffering holders that they're willing to take a risk too.
