I agree with you to the extent of the valuation of a company as a today's date. If this was a shell only company then your argument totally stands and the markets would have reacted to that long ago IMO. This CR is for Lepidico and for future initiatives, so to pay more now for is a future valuation. Otherwise all companies which undertakes a CR should drop in value, but we know that is not the case.
We will find out soon....
