    A $500k loan from Noble found its way into the prospectus. The loan happened yesterday.

    So just when you thought all of the funds, if 100% subscribed, was for working capital. No, it’s now minus $500k.

    Why the $500k short term loan if they had sufficient funds for the entire quarter as per the q report?
