Right issue directors and major shareholder Tasman Resources intend to take up the offer or most of their entitlement.
The 20 largest holders include the directors and the others in the top 20 account for more than 50% of all shares, at least they did at 30th June according to the annual report.
Looks like the top 20 like to accumulate and it is a good protection against a takeover bid if we strike a beauty of a deposit this time.
