what possible use is a chemistry PhD here, let alone a dozen of them? I cannot think of anything more useless here than a chemistry PhD
the extent of Edencrete’s “technical data” as far as I can see is “improves X property” which is obviously not good enough
what they need is proper testing sufficient to establish mean and characteristic properties for design concrete strengths that are actually applicable (ie: 40 and 50 MPa) and for various dosages of the product. What does it actually do for flexural tensile strength vs normal concrete?
none of these tests are particularly difficult and certainly don’t require lmao Chemistry PhDs
some are done every single day in the course of normal operations in precasting, they’ll break cylinders for every single pour before de-stressing, every day, day after day after day and various companies contract to do this testing with no chemistry PhDs required.
