Huh? ~$2M EV @ 004c and they'll have $1.1M cash and 777k fpo. Bloody hope they don't raise again, given their low cash burn. Would bw very, very surprised.
Similar shares on issue to stocks like PSF, RYG, who ran hard prior to the deal. Even at 008, the EV is only $5M
TC have a solid track record with these shells. They do take their time but i'm ok with that if the end result is ok.
