Wow, how did they manage to get a service provider to accept shares in lieu of delivering services - especially in a time like this. Very good news! The more parties that have an interest in the company succeeding, the better.
Thats a big shadow (793 million shares) that has been hanging over the share price for the last 5 months being finally lifted...
