So the fully underwritten for $8M statement is not correct ?

Any shortfall would have been if shareholder take up was less than $10.4M - $8M = $2.4M (This amount was exceeded by shareholders) ,correct ? According to the earlier announcement the underwriters would have to cover only $6.491M (which exceeds the $8M quoted as underwritten ) in the announcement of 14/11/2018 .

We now find out that it was really only underwritten to the tune of $5.3M , correct ?

So the "shortfall" is not actually a shareholder shortfall ,  but rather the CR was really only "underwritten" for $5.3M not $8M as stated in the company announcement of 14/11/2018 , is that correct ?

Didn't realize the English language could be "massaged" this much and not contravene rules ..........are we just not supposed to notice or something ?

Have I missed something , anyone  ???
