Hey Dan,
I gave them a call and they didnt give too much away but did say there will be more announcements over the coming days and expect it all to be finalised by 31st October. This date encourages me a lot more than the "next few months" in the announcment this arvo.
If the full funds, or amount close to it are raised then this should give the share price a bit of a boost I would think.
