That probably means the 31st is when they hope to raise the final funds to lock Geolord in. My concern centers around the fact that when / if the deal goes through combined with the recent pickup of more prospective leases, they still will be seriously underfunded to carry out exploration. Unless they can pull a rabbit out of the bag with a significant discovery at Desdemona or some successful early trial mining from the Nav leases, they will be in a position of again trying to raise capital with a depressed share price in an unsympathetic market..... and we have been down that path before.
