It is true that buying into the Rights Issue will provide GMR with needed capital. That is a point well-made Terrible T. I'll consider the matter further in that light.
Also to be considered though is the question of whether one actually wants more shares at all, really coming down to whether one is willing to put more money into a stock that may not move SP -wise for some time.

Clearly at the close today, someone couldn't wait any longer for price movement that holder deciding to dump 3 million into 0.002. Disappointing to see it.
