IMHO it is best NOT to do consolidation, because of maths.

If consolidate 10:1. SP 0.2c to 2c (10:1), but share price will collapse down to below 1c (after consolidation).

Without consolidation, it is either 0.1c, 0.2c or 0.3c. Gamblers will take risk because at 0.1c to 0.2c you DOUBLE your money straight away. At 0.2c capital raising, some gamblers will take the risk and sell at 0.3c (ie MASSIVE 50% return).

Do not share consolidate, IMHO it will collapse further. Look at CCC (10:1) consolidation about 4 times (consolidate, print more shares, consolidate, print more shares etc.).
