Hi Walter, thought you'd be interested in the latest developments with BCL (you probably already know). It seems the Government has confirmed that they will not help BCL?

Government gives BCL management ultimatum

Government has given BCL management in Selebi Phikwe an ultimatum, to develop a strategy that will bring back the mine off its knees.
The mining giant has of recent times, been facing financial challenges and the situation is being worsened by the falling prices of nickel and the closure of the smelter.
Minerals Minister, Kitso Mokaila said times of financially bailing out BCL are over, and further cautioned management that they need to stick to their core business and that some jobs might be lost as the company finds means of saving costs.
