semi logical analytic - Australia GDP is 1.323 trillion USD
Mauritius is 13.34 billion USD
divide that and australia is 99x more GDP so 40m there is actually like trying to raise 4billion USD dollars in australia...
I know its not really comparable but shows that if they are relying on locals to buy the stock... it doesnt have 40m just lying around and comparing via GDP to australia i doubt anyone could raise 4billion in aus if purely on GDP analysis...
